Built for the Philippine Piso WiFi market

Manage your vendo machines
from anywhere.

Vendora WiFi powers coin-operated WiFi vendos across the Philippines. Run a MikroTik-based fleet with our ESP firmware, or deploy a standalone Vendora SBC unit — either way, register your hardware, activate lifetime licenses, and watch sales roll in from one dashboard.

How it works

From sign-up to earning in three steps.

Two products, one workflow. Whether you're running our ESP firmware on a MikroTik-based setup or a standalone Vendora SBC unit, the process below is the same.

1

Register and get verified

Create an operator account with your name and phone number — a business name is optional. Our team reviews and verifies every operator, usually within the same day.

2

Add your device

Copy the VND-XXXXXX-YYYYYY ID from your machine's admin panel and register it in your Vendora dashboard. Purchase a credit (₱500 for ESP, ₱700 for SBC) and activate the license with one click.

3

Go live and monitor

Power on your vendo. Your device picks up the license on its first check-in. From that point on, sales and uptime data flow to your dashboard every 4 hours automatically.

Everything you need to run your fleet

One platform. No extra software. No monthly bills.

Lifetime license

Pay once per device — ₱500 for ESP, ₱700 for SBC — and own the license forever. No annual renewals, no surprise price increases.

Live fleet dashboard

See every vendo's online status, today's sales, firmware version, and last check-in at a glance.

Detailed sales reporting

See not just the totals but every individual voucher — code, amount paid, minutes granted, and type (regular vend, time extension, or admin-issued). Daily revenue chart and 30-day breakdown by sale type included.

Multi-device management

Register as many vendos as you deploy. Each device gets its own license, label, and location tag.

Transfers and reactivation

Replaced a burnt-out board? Admin can transfer your license to the new device with a full audit trail. If the original turns out to still work, spend another credit to reactivate it — the history stays for your records.

Credit ledger

Every credit purchase, activation, and adjustment is logged in an immutable ledger so your books always balance.

Simple, honest pricing

One payment. Yours forever.

Frequently asked questions

Vendora WiFi has two product lines so you can pick what fits your site:

• The Vendora ESP board runs on an ESP8266 microcontroller (NodeMCU v3) and pairs with a MikroTik router. It comes in a LAN variant (wired internet via a W5500 Ethernet module) and a Wireless variant (connects directly to your MikroTik's WiFi network).

• The Vendora SBC is an all-in-one standalone unit built on a Single-Board Computer (Orange Pi One). It does not require a MikroTik router — the SBC handles the hotspot and voucher generation on its own.

Both product lines share the same admin panel and licensing flow. Hardware and pre-built images are provided to verified operators only — contact us for schematics and onboarding.
Pick the ESP product line if you already have a MikroTik router (or plan to buy one). The ESP board is cheaper per device and lets you reuse the MikroTik for hotspot management — most experienced operators run this setup.

Pick the SBC if you want a single-box solution and prefer not to deal with MikroTik configuration. The SBC bundles everything into one unit: voucher generation, hotspot, and customer login flow. Higher per-device cost (₱700 vs ₱500), but simpler to deploy and maintain.

You can also mix both under one Vendora account — for example, an SBC at a new branch and ESP boards at your established locations.
No. Each device license is a one-time payment — ₱500 per credit for ESP devices (LAN or Wireless variants) and ₱700 per credit for the Vendora SBC. One credit activates one device for life. No subscriptions, no annual renewals, no hidden fees. Payment is handled offline via GCash, Maya, GoTyme, or bank transfer — credits are added to your account once payment is confirmed.
For every machine you can see today's revenue, transaction count, lifetime totals, and a detailed transaction history showing each voucher sold — including the voucher code, amount paid, minutes granted, and whether it was a regular vend, a time extension, or an admin-issued voucher. Your main dashboard shows a 7-day revenue chart and a 30-day breakdown by sale type across your whole fleet.
Your Vendora device checks in with our servers every 4 hours. Each check-in includes sales totals, individual transaction details, uptime, and device health. Your dashboard reflects this snapshot in real time. The data is tamper-proof — the sales numbers on your dashboard always match what your machine actually earned.
Yes. Your operator account can hold as many devices as you deploy, and you can mix ESP boards and SBC units under the same account. Each device has its own license, label, and location tag. The fleet dashboard shows all of them at a glance, including which are online, today's sales for each, and which need attention.
Each license is tied to a specific hardware fingerprint (VND-ID). If your device needs replacing, contact us and we will transfer the license to the new unit's VND-ID at no extra charge — a full audit trail is kept. Licenses can only move within the same product family (ESP licenses transfer to ESP devices, SBC to SBC). If the original device turns out to still work and you want to use it again, you can spend another credit to reactivate it — the transfer history is preserved for your records.
Your device keeps operating normally during short network outages — the license is cached on the hardware and works offline for up to 7 days. If a licensed device has not checked in for more than 24 hours we send an email alert so you can investigate. If the device cannot reach the internet for more than 7 days it will self-lock and require a brief reconnection to resume; this protects against tampering while giving plenty of buffer for real outages.
We aim to verify new operator accounts within the same business day. Verification is a quick manual check to confirm your business details. You will receive an email once approved.
